Oil comes into contact with organic solvents, etc. It is also recommended not to place it directly on the ground or near windows, radiators, or heaters during maintenance to avoid damaging the triangular belt. It is also possible that during storage, in order to avoid deformation due to excessive weight, it is necessary to stack neatly, with a stacking height of no more than 1m, and flip at least once a season. When hanging, the longer triangular belt should be wrapped several times, and the circumference of each circle should not be less than 2500mm. Use a too small bending radius to avoid compression deformation of the triangular belt. If the V-belt of the agricultural machinery has been installed and the transmission device needs to be stopped for a long time, it should be loosened and disassembled to avoid deformation of the pulley.

When maintaining the V-belt of agricultural machinery, it is necessary to check whether the driving wheel, driven wheel, and tensioning wheel are on the same plane. When loading and unloading, it is necessary to loosen the pulley or first remove the pulley at one end of the continuously variable transmission to load and unload the belt. Or during installation, mainly when the loading and unloading are too tight, one pulley should be removed first, and the triangular belt should be installed or removed before installing the pulley. Do not use crowbars, wrenches, etc?? The tool forcefully inserts the agricultural machinery V-belt into the pulley groove. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the inner strong layer and outer covering layer, and it is easy to break the belt and fall off the body covering cloth during use. In addition, the tension of its transmission belt is adjusted by the tensioning wheel. The belt is too tight, severely worn, loose, and prone to slipping, resulting in severe wear and even burning. In general, when the distance between the two wheels is about 1m, press the center of the triangle belt with your fingers, and it is recommended that you also drop 10-20mm vertically. The tightening force of the agricultural machinery V-belt should not be too large, and a second tightening should be carried out after 1-2 hours of use. During use, the tension of the triangular belt should be regularly checked and adjusted at any time.
